Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Safety First Firearms & Training Consultants we are committed to providing high-quality firearms training and ensuring every participant has a valuable and safe experience. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellations by Participants:

• 7 Days or More Before Class Date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Less than 7 Days Before Class Date: No refunds will be issued. However, participants may reschedule for a future class date within 60 days of the original booking, subject to availability.
• No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notice will forfeit their payment.

2. Cancellations by Safety 1st:

• In the unlikely event that Safety 1st cancels a class due to weather, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to:
  • Reschedule for a future class date, or
  • Receive a full refund with no administrative fee.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

• Participants may request to reschedule their class with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice before the class start time.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to class availability and must be completed within 60 days of the original class date.

4. Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Special Circumstances:

• In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, participants may contact our support team directly at info@afety1stfirearms.com for further assistance.
